  I am appalled by the experience I've had courtesy of the mickey-mouse excuse for management run by Gerardo. I came in over a month ago and was assisted by a very helpful young man who identified the headlamp bulb I needed and was happy to take my money to order the said bulb. Over a week later, I still had not received a follow-up phone call and decided to stop by for a visit. I was “helped” by a young lady named Athena who proceeded to inform me that there was no record of my transaction and that they were unaware of my order. I left and requested she have me called when they figured out what they were doing. I received a phone call a few days later that my part was ready for pick-up. When I arrived to pick up my part, Athena informed me that Gerardo had decided to ship it back, and apparently I was unworthy of a follow-up call. I requested that they re-order the part I had already paid good money for, and was informed I would receive a call when it arrived. Over a month later, I have still yet to receive a phone call. I decided to pay O’Reilly a visit a few minutes ago and had the “pleasure” of meeting Gerardo, who after being supplied with my information from Athena (who failed to address me in any manner), informed me that my part would not be arriving and that he would issue me a refund. When I asked him why him and his team had repeatedly failed to follow-up with me (especially in light of their continuous errors), he simply informed me that he “didn’t know.” It is apparent that Gerardo and Athena are either unaware of or do not care for the concept of customer service, and so long as they are running this location I will not be coming back. This is a telling demonstration of why retail locations are becoming extinct in favor of an online shopping experience. I rate my experience zero out of five stars.

  These folks did an amazing job for me. Needed new wipers for my 91 Toyota van. Napa couldn't help me, their computers said my van didn't have wipers. Autozone was really no help either. Miguel at o reilly really went above and beyond. He found a quick and permanent fix. Cheap too. Miguel is a manager in training and shows great ability in customer service, trouble shooting and people skills. I will be back with all my auto needs. I'd give them ten stars.
