I wanted a special supply and they didn't have it in stock but the Manger took care with price match on the next better product. Smart business move. Rather than lost a sale to a competitor. The down fall not enough inventory on higher end products.

Even if I can find some stuff a little less expensive elsewhere, I still go to Ace just to support the folks and the concept of a good comprehensive local hardware store.
